(Lander, WY) – It may have been slightly colder than normal for the 2025 Sheep Shearing Day at the Lander Pioneer Museum, but the sheep who lost their winter wool coats didn’t seem to mind.
In addition to the annual shearing demonstrations from Ivan Laird and the crew, the event had horse rides, kids crafts, a sheep “shaving” station for kids, hot dogs and lamb burgers from the Wyoming Wool Growers Association, and fun for all.
