(Arapahoe, WY) – The Community Powwow, which was the first outdoor powwow of the year on the Wind River Reservation, took place last weekend, bringing dancers, singers, and spectators to the Northern Arapaho Powwow grounds. Dancers were able to strut their stuff and prepare for the rest of the summer powwow season in the hot evening sun.
