(Riverton, WY) – Engines roared and dirt flew Saturday night at the Grand Arena as Wyoming Rubbin’ is Racin’ brought its 6 cylinder figure 8 races to the opening weekend of the Fremont County Fair in Riverton.

Drivers battled for position all night long as the field crossed paths in the middle of the arena, much to the delight of the fairgoers packing the stands after a full day of fair festivities that kicked off with the morning parade. There were four roll-overs just in the first round of the bracket.

When all was said and done, Devin Miller took the checkered flag for first place. Joe Speer finished second, followed by Trenton Weber in third, Justin Bever in fourth, Jordan Weber in fifth and Dane Weber in sixth.
