A Lease and Concession Agreement was added to the Riverton City Council December 1st agenda to consider locally owned Priceless Car Rental to fill the vacancy that Hertz Rent-A-Car terminated their lease at the Central Wyoming Regional Airport – formerly Riverton Regional Airport – on November 30th.
Councilmember Mike Bailey abstained from the discussion and voting as a stakeholder of Priceless. The presented Lease and Concession Agreement passed by all other councilmembers unanimously during the meeting.
The monthly rent for the 133 square feet of space is $191.58. There is also an additional 10% concession fee. During the discussion, Riverton Mayor Richard Gard did state there are additional vacancies at the airport needing to be filled.
