The Northern Arapaho Tribe of the Wind River Indian Reservation invites the tribal members and the general public to an open meeting on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 and Thursday, August 22, 2019 to review the Tribal Plan and Application for funding through the Federal Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

The LIHEAP Plan covers Federal Fiscal Year 2020
The Tribe seeks public input and comments on the Plans.
