(Riverton, WY) – The Riverton Raiders played their final home games of 2025 in a double-header against the Rock Springs Stallions Tuesday at Roy Peck Field. The boys in red held a lead most of the first game, but fell behind to the Stallions late.
Colton Heikkila was able to lift the Raiders to victory with a walk-off RBI single in the bottom of the 8th. Jameson Spradlin had two hits and three runs scored for the Raiders. Seniors Ryan Cox and Lee Maestas were recognized during a senior night ceremony for their last games in Riverton.
Despite a two-run home run and another RBI from Beau Anderson, the Raiders weren’t as fortunate for the second game falling to Rock Springs 4-17 closing out their 2025 regular season at home.
The team will play at the UniWyo FCU tournament in Laramie this weekend as they await the results of Powell, Cody, and Evanston’s games this weekend for their possible playoff berth in the A West conference.
