(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that a cold front swings across the area today, November 12, which will deliver scattered rain showers and noticeably cooler temperatures.
Those scattered rain showers will mix with snow showers by sunset, Lipson added, with northern wind gusts up to 45 mph, and partly cloudy conditions/scattered snow showers tonight.
Some localized areas in Riverton and Lander could see an inch or two of snow overnight.
The National Weather Service in Riverton has also shared that drivers should expect winter travel conditions at times across mountain passes.
High temperatures will be in the 40’s for most today, with lows tonight in the 20’s.
