Charlene Delores O’Neal, of Ethete passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 10:00 am at Blue Sky Hall in Ethete. An evening service and rosary will be held Friday, March 29, 2019 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Blue Sky Hall with a wake to follow at the family residence, 189 Trosper Lane, Ethete. Burial will be in the Yellowcalf Cemetery at Ethete.
