(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that the strong area of high pressure over the southwest US will continue to build into the county today, July 10, which means the warming trend will continue.
Lipson says that there is also the possibility of isolated thunderstorms in the Dubois, Crowheart and Wind River Mountain areas, and that we should expect winds throughout the county today, with clear conditions tonight.
The National Weather Service in Riverton has also shared that the heat will continue through at least Sunday, with sites in the central basins climbing into the low 100s.
High temperatures will be in the 90’s and 80’s today, with lows tonight in the 50’s and 60’s.
