(Riverton, WY) – The Riverton City Council has announced that it is seeking community members interested in serving on the Riverton Activity and Ice Center Committee to explore the possibility of a new multi-sport facility in Riverton.
Committee members will help:
- Review and apply the findings of a professional feasibility study
- Explore funding options
- Consider operational strategies
- Provide recommendations to the City Council and community leaders
To apply, submit a short letter of interest to Mayor Tim Hancock with your name, contact info, and why you’d like to serve, at thancock@rivertonwy.gov, or by mail to 816 N. Federal Blvd., Riverton, WY 82501. Questions can also be sent to the Mayor’s email address.
The deadline to submit is October 24.
