Regular children’s events are back at the Lander Library this month. Mark your calendars for the following:
Enhanced Storytime: Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. — Infants through five year-olds and
their caregivers are invited to enjoy stories, songs, rhymes and play.
Preschool Storytime: Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m. — Longer stories but just as
much fun!
Storytime Dance Party: 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month at 10:30 a.m. —
Songs, stories, and lots of movement!
Chess Club: Thursdays except the first of the month, 4-5 p.m. — Chess
players ages 5-18 are invited to learn and improve their game.
Additionally, Lego Club and Junior Builders are still on the first Thursday of every month. The next sessions will be on Oct. 1:
Lego Club: First Thursday of the month, 4-4:45 p.m. — Builders ages 6-12 are invited to join the fun creating with LEGO
Junior Builders: First Thursday of the month, 4-4:45 p.m. — Builders ages
3-5 may build DUPLOs with a caregiver present.
