Shoshoni players ran 100-yard down-and-backs to get more fit for the season. The boys squad is hovering around 17 players, which is less than most of their opponents, meaning they'll have to be fit if they want to keep up with all of the subsitutes made on other teams. h/t Carl Cote, County 10

(Shoshoni, WY) – The Wranglers were out on a hot day practicing last week as they prepared for their week one opponent, Pine Bluffs. The blue and gold fell to the defending state runner-ups, but they’ll look to improve their record to 1-1 today as they host visiting Southeastern at 5 p.m.

The coaches have been vocal to their roster of only 17 about getting fit to be able to compete with their opponents, who will often have much larger teams, enabling more substitutions and rest for the starters.
