(Fremont County, WY) – In line with the Fremont County Commissioners’ recent decision to put fire restrictions in place starting Monday, June 29, Sinks Canyon State Park announced Sunday that Stage 1 fire restrictions will go into effect starting tomorrow as well.
The State Park’s announcement post on Facebook states that under the restrictions, wood and charcoal fires are not permitted anywhere in the park, but gas and propane stoves are allowed. The post also reminds visitors that fireworks are never permitted in the park at any time.
