(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that a strong low pressure center will continue to track east across Canada today, July 26, which will swing a cold front into our area.
Lipson says this cold front will result in the likelihood of numerous afternoon showers and thunderstorms, some of which will produce locally heavy rainfall, small hail and wind gusts up to 55 mph.
Lipson added that storms should subside tonight, with partly cloudy skies.
The National Weather Service in Riverton has shared that Saturday will see much of the same conditions.
High temperatures will be in the 80’s for most today, with lows tonight in the 50’s and lower 60’s.
