(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that today, July 16, will be partly sunny and not quite as hot with a high in the mid 90s.
Lipson says to expect widely scattered afternoon thunderstorms as a weak shortwave trough rounds the high-pressure ridge. Some of these storms will be capable of producing brief, 45 mph wind gusts. Thunderstorms will be more numerous in northwest Fremont County, namely Crowhart, Dubois, and Togwotee Pass.
Tonight will see widely scattered evening thunderstorms; otherwise, conditions will be partly cloudy with north winds 15-25 mph, lows around 60 degrees.
