h/t U.S. Forest Service-Bridger-Teton National Forest – Smokejumpers landing at the Tannerite Fire yesterday afternoon
According to the National Weather Service in Riverton, we can expect to have smoke continue to move into Fremont County today from the fire.
The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported last night the Tannerite Fire that started near Boulder Lake is over 500 acres. They ask people to not call dispatch for updates but to find updated information throughout the day on their Facebook page.

- Country Estate/Boulder Lake Ranches
- Meadow Lake
- Burnt Lake
Road Closures:
- Burnt Lake Road- BLM 5106
- Sublette County Road 23-125
Shelters:
- LDS Church in Pinedale for full-time residents
- Pinedale Rodeo Grounds for Livestock
- Pinedale Municipal Pound for small animals
