(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that today, August 3, will be sunny and smoky from western wildfires.
A cold front swept across the area late last night, and as a result, north-northeast winds behind the front will usher in much cooler temperatures, by about 20 degrees lower than what we experienced over the weekend. The high will be a welcome 80 degrees. North-northeast winds will blow at 15-25 with gusts to 35 mph by afternoon.
Tonight will be mostly clear, with evening north-northeast winds of 15-25 mph and gusts to 35 mph, expected to diminish by midnight. Lows will be a refreshing 45-50 degrees.
