(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that snow will continue to fall until about midday today, March 14.
At that time, we should see around an inch of snow in Shonshoni, 1-2 inches in Riverton, 2-4 inches in Lander, 3-5 inches at Beaver Rim, and 4-8 inches on the east slope of the Wind River mountains above Lander (including Sinks Canyon and South Pass).
Lipson added that there will be partially clearing skies this afternoon, with north winds gusting up to 35 mph, and partly cloudy skies tonight.
The National Weather Service in Riverton also shared that travel impacts are possible through the morning hours, especially across central Wyoming.
High temperatures will be in the 30’s for most today, with lows tonight in the 20’s and upper teens.
