(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that snow showers will continue until about noon today, April 18.
Lipson says we could see an additional inch in Riverton, another 2 inches in the Lander and Beaver Rim areas, and up to 3 inches in the Wind River Mountains, including Sinks Canyon and South Pass.
The remaining parts of the day will be left with mostly cloudy skies into tonight, with patchy fog developing after midnight.
The National Weather Service in Riverton added that colder temperatures, snow showers, and gusty winds could cause slippery roads, and advised using caution while driving.
High temperatures will be in the lower 30’s for most today, with lows tonight in the 20’s and teens.
