(Riverton, WY) – Just after 3:00 pm on January 6th the Riverton Police Department was dispatched to a report of a possible gunshot on the 400 block of N Federal.
The area was blocked off by law enforcement for public safety while they investigated this report.
Today, January 7th RPD shared the cause of the sound was determined to be a bottle of soda that froze and then exploded.
