(Riverton, WY) – According to a Spectrum representative, about 20% of customers in Riverton have been experiencing outages for all all services provided, including internet, TV, and phone, on the morning of Wednesday, January 5th.
The service outage was reported around 8:45 AM, and is expected to be restored by 11:30 AM today.
The Spectrum representative did indicate that many of the affected customers have already had services restored.
Spectrum was unable to provide specific locations or a reason for the service outage, but you can call (833) 267-6094 for inquires about interrupted services.
County 10 will provide any updates if/when they become available.
