The Community Health Center of Central Wyoming is helping families prepare for the upcoming school year with ‘no-cost sports physicals‘—making it easier than ever to check one more thing off your summer to-do list.

Sports physicals are available at no cost to you. These exams are essential for students participating in school sports and help ensure young athletes are healthy and ready for the season.
You do not need to be an existing patient to receive a physical and appointments are not needed. Walk-ins are welcome.
