(Washington D.C) – The drum group for Saint Stephens Indian School will be performing in Washington D.C. today, November 14, as a part of the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Native American Heritage month kickoff event.
The news was shared on the Saint Stephens school Facebook page.
“We are so proud of our students representing St. Stephens Indian School,” the post states.
Ramona Van, the Registrar/Athletic Director for the school, shared with County 10 that the group will be performing at 1 PM today, which can be viewed in this link.
County 10 is in the process of finding out additional details like student names and event specifics, but we wanted to share the news as soon as we could, so folks can watch/support the drummers.
