A joint resolution signed by the Wind River Inter-Tribal Council, representing the Northern Arapaho and Eastern Shoshone business councils, on May 6th, sets the guidelines for the continuation of the stay-at-home order that was enacted on April 1st, 2020.
The new resolution, which is noted to supersede all prior versions, also enacts a nightly mandatory curfew of 9:00 pm for all residents of the Wind River Reservation, which takes effect today, May 8th.
