(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that today, October 27, will be mostly sunny, becoming partly sunny later in the afternoon.
Lipson says we can expect warm temperatures and wind gusts up to 35 mph this afternoon, as the pressure gradient tightens in response to an approaching Pacific Northwest trough. Winds will continue into tonight and diminish by midnight, under partly cloudy skies.
The National Weather Service in Riverton also shared that as the weather pattern becomes more active, more precipitation is on the way. From Monday through Wednesday, a weather system will be moving through the area, bringing rain and snow with it. It will also be breezy and much cooler.
Highs will be in the 60’s for most today, with lows tonight in the 30’s
