Suspect believed to be responsible for multiple break-ins, stabbing in Lander early Tuesday morning in custody

(Lander, WY) – A subject is in custody in relation to at least three crimes that occurred in Lander early Tuesday morning, April 21, around 3:40 AM.

Lander Police Department Chief Kelly Waugh said more details will be shared later this afternoon, but a suspect is in custody who is believed to have broken into at least two Lander businesses (including the County 10 radio station), and is tied to a stabbing that occurred at a Lander gas station. (The condition of the stabbing victim is unknown at this time.)
