The annual Ethete Celebration Powwow is happening July 11-13 at the Ethete powwow grounds off Blue Sky Highway. The Grand Entry for Friday night starts at 7 p.m. The parade is Sunday, July 13th at 10 a.m. Check out their Facebook page for the full schedule.
Also happening at the Ethete powwow grounds on Sunday is the second annual Ethete PeeWee Rodeo! Sunday, July 13th, starting at 10 a.m., competition starts in one of three age divisions for children under the age of 12. Entry to the event begins at 8 a.m.

🖌️ Oil Painting en Plein Air – Join Lander Burton for a series of two-day plein air workshops focused on the art of observing and creating in nature. Each session includes a Friday evening orientation at the Lander Art Center (258 Main St., Lander) from 5 to 7 p.m., and a Saturday morning session in Sinks Canyon from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
🤠 Dubois Friday Night Rodeo – Every Friday night in Dubois at the Clarence Allison Memorial Arena (5639 US-26, Dubois) starting at 7:30 p.m. Cost: $20
🎸 Live Music with The Man In Tan – The Rustic Pine Tavern (123 E. Ramshorn, Dubois) continues Summer Music Fest with solo artist The Man in Tan at 9:00 p.m.

🎈 Day in the Park – The 43rd Annual Arts in Action Day in the Park is on the lawn at Riverton City Park (901 E Fremont Ave, Riverton) from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.
🏇 Fremont County Memorial Youth Rodeo – Cowboys and cowgirls, ages two to 18, get a chance at all events from mutton bustin’ to bulls at the Lander Old Timers Arena (1663 Rodeo Drive, Lander) starting at 8 a.m.
🥾 ECO-TOUR Trek to Union Pass – Join the National Bighorn Sheep Center (10 Bighorn Lane, Dubois) and learn about the history of Tie-Hack, starting at 8:30 a.m. Cost: $50
🆓 FREE EVENT: Jam Time! at the Lander Art Center (258 Main St., Lander) starts at 10 a.m. All instruments, ages and skill sets welcome!

🆓 FREE EVENT: Dubois Museum Day at the Dubois Museum (909 W Ramshorn, Dubois) is their annual anniversary celebration highlighting the different unique heritages that have made Dubois a special town. Starts at 11 a.m.
🦌 Everybody Needs Home – Sinks Canyon State Park staff teaches about healthy habitats in this free, drop-in style program from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Visitor Center (3018 Sinks Canyon Road, Lander).
🎤 Lorrie Morgan with Chancey Williams – The “Big Music in a Small Town” concert, featuring country music legends Lorrie Morgan and Chancey Williams, is at the Thermopolis Golf Course (143 Airport Rd, Thermopolis) starting at 6 p.m. A drone light show will cap off the night. Cost: $50
