The Wyoming Womens’ 5-Shot Rabbit Hunt is in Riverton this weekend! Festivities begin Friday, January 9, at 6 p.m. at the Odd Fellows Hall (102 N 2nd St., Riverton) with a free spaghetti social featuring Calcutta betting, auctions, and raffles.

🎼 Dance Party – The Lander Library (451 N Second St., Lander) hosts a monthly dance party for preschool-aged kids at 10:30 a.m.
📖 Children’s Storytime – The Dubois Branch Library (202 N 1st St., Dubois) has songs, stories, and crafts from 11:30 a.m. to Noon for children 5 and under. (Older siblings welcome.)
📚 Lander Library Book Nook – The Book Nook is in the lower level of the Carnegie building (451 N Second St) and has a good selection of used books in all subject areas, DVDs, audio books, music CDs, and, often, games and puzzles available from Noon to 4 p.m.
🍜 🆓 Weekly Good Samaritan Community Meal – A free meal to anyone who wants it, Fridays from 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. behind the Meadowlark Market (228 Main St., Lander).
🍖 Meat Raffle – The Dubois Chamber of Commerce presents their Winter Meat Raffle at The Rustic Pine Tavern (119 E. Ramshorn St., Dubois) starting at 6 p.m.

🪘 Jam Time! at the Lander Art Center (258 Main St., Lander) starts at 10 a.m. All instruments, ages and skill sets welcome! 🆓 FREE EVENT
⛷️ Nordic Skiing For Kids – The CWC presents a one-hour class to introduce kids to skiing. Beginner’s classes start at 11:15 a.m. with Mike Tornesello at the Deception Creek Nordic Trail System in Dubois. Cost: $25
🎭 I Puritani – Watch Vincenzo Bellini’s 1835 opera performed by The Met at the Carnegie Room (200 Amoretti St., Lander) starting at 10:55 p.m. Cost: $10
🤸 Jump Jam – The Fremont County 4-H is hosting a bounce house party with an obstacle course and maze starting at 4:30 p.m. at the Fremont Center (1010 Fairgrounds Dr., Riverton.) Cost: $15
Sunday:
🥒 Wild West Pickleball – All skill levels are welcome on Sundays at the Dubois K-12 Main Gym (700 N. 1st St., Dubois) starting at 9 a.m. Cost: $25
🎾 Indoor Tennis – Play tennis with Michele Burdick & Eleanor Gipson at the Dubois K-12 Auxillary Gym (700 N. 1st St., Dubois) starting at 8:30 a.m. Cost: $40 per 2-hour session
