(Riverton, WY) – The 36th annual Vietnam Vets/Legacy Vets Thunder Run will roll through Riverton this Saturday, July 12.
The Vietnam Vets/Legacy Vets Motorcycle Club annually selects a Veterans memorial from across the State of Wyoming to hold a memorial service the weekend following the 4th of July, in honor of POW/MIA Veterans. In addition to the memorial service, they raise money for the memorials to help with things such as maintenance.
After coming from Casper the night before, the Club will start on Country Acres Road in Riverton and be escorted to Main Street around 2:30-2:45 PM on Saturday. They hope to see the streets lined with folks to show their support for those who gave their lives fighting for our country.
