(Fremont County, WY) – It’s not often you see triplets, and it’s even more rare that two of those triplets go on to give birth on the same day as adults, in the same hospital, just hours apart.
Many people in Fremont County and the Wind River Reservation area are familiar with the Northern Arapaho triplets, Cedar, Taelynn, and Miracle, and as of last week, two of those sisters, Miracle and Cedar, are now proud mothers themselves.
Both sisters went into labor at SageWest Lander on September 16.
Justin Lane Spoonhunter was born at 7:06 AM to Miracle Manzanares and Malcom Spoonhunter, and Khyra Hayes Brown Whiteplume was born at 2:17 PM to Cedar Manzanares and Patrick Brown Whiteplume.
Miracle explained that Cedar was taken into the hospital to be induced on Sunday, September 14, and she was staying the night with her and other family members. Miracle soon began feeling the effects of the onset of labor, despite her expected due date being on September 29.
“I started freaking out because my due date wasn’t until September 29th, and (the nurse) tells me the baby was ready to come out that night or morning,” Miracle shared, adding that they ultimately went into labor at almost the same time.
Congratulations, Miralce and Malcom, and Cedar and Patrick! We’re glad to hear that Justin and Kyra are both happy and healthy!
