(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that a trough of low pressure will be approaching the Pacific Northwest today, September 25, which will increase the pressure gradient enough to give us southwest winds gusting up to 20 mph.
These winds will bring warmer temperatures today, and Lipson added that clear conditions are expected tonight.
The National Weather Service in Riverton has also shared that breezy conditions may bring elevated fire weather on Thursday.
High temperatures will be in the 90’s for most today, with Jeffrey City at 88 degrees and Dubois and the South Pass area in the upper 70’s.
Lows tonight will be in the 50’s for most.
