(Fremont County, WY) – The National Weather Service in Riverton has shared that Veterans Day (Monday, November 11) looks to be mostly sunny and warm for western and central Wyoming.
Most locations will see highs several degrees above normal in the mid 50’s, the NWSR advises, but well short of any records.
The NWSR forecast discussion says that temperatures will remain warm through Monday, with a good chance (60%), that several locations east of the Continental Divide will reach 60 degrees Monday afternoon.
The forecast also advises that the next consequential weather system predicted to bring impacts to the area will happen late Monday night through Tuesday night, and that snow showers will linger across the northwest throughout this week.
