(Fremont County, WY) – The National Weather Service in Riverton has shared that today, August 18, will transition to a hotter and drier pattern.
Tuesday and Wednesday could see near-record warm temperatures across much of the region, the NWSR added, and fire weather concerns will become much more limited as well, with winds staying light, less than 15 mph.
Highs will vary across the 10 today, with Dubois and the South Pass area in the upper 70s, Lander and Jeffrey City in the 80s, and Riverton at 90 degrees.
Lows tonight will be in the 50s for most, with Lander at 60 degrees and Dubois at 48 degrees.
