Warm Valley Health Care will begin using a new electronic medical record (EMR) system, Cerner, starting February 10, 2026. This upgrade is an important step in improving patient care, streamlining records, and enhancing communication between patients, providers, and staff.
During the transition, patients may notice slightly longer appointment times and may be asked to update registration information. These steps will help ensure records are accurate and secure within the new system.
Despite the transition, Warm Valley Health Care will remain fully open and available for care. Patients can still be seen for scheduled appointments, urgent needs will continue to receive prompt attention, and walk-ins are welcome. Providers and staff will be available to support patients throughout the process and answer any questions.
