(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that today, November 2, an overhead ridge of high pressure will flatten out and the pressure gradient will increase, which will result in increasing southwest winds of 20-30 mph by this afternoon, with gusts up to 35 mph.
These southwest winds will usher in warmer air from the southwest during the day, Lipson added, but tonight, a dry, cool front will shift our winds from the southwest to the northwest, bringing in cooler air.
The National Weather Service in Riverton also reported that high temperatures will be in the 50s and 60s today, with lows tonight in the lower 30s and upper 20s.
