(Fremont County, WY) – The National Weather Service in Riverton has shared that active weather continues today, November 5, and that gusty winds persist throughout the day, decreasing this evening for most locations.
Snow is also possible throughout today, the NWSR advises, with the highest amounts in the mountains. A cold front moves into the area late today as well, along with gusty north winds and cooler temperatures.
Today’s high temperatures will be a little all over the place, with Dubois and the South Pass area in the 20’s, Lander and Jeffrey City in the 30’s, and Riverton and Shoshoni in the lower 40’s.
Lows tonight will be in the 20’s and upper teens.
