(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that today, February 9, a high-pressure ridge finally begins to break down and flatten out, resulting in a tightening of the pressure gradient, which will give us northwest winds of 20 to 30 mph and gusts of 40 to 45 mph.
Conditions will still be mild with a high in the low to mid 50s.
Tonight, a cold front will swing across the area with isolated rain changing to snow showers. Northwest winds of 20 to 30 mph are expected in the evening, and should diminish after midnight, with lows in the low to mid 20s.
