(Fremont County, WY) – County 10 meteorologist Dave Lipson has shared that an upper-level disturbance will track west to east across the area today, March 15, which could mean widely scattered afternoon rain and snow pellet showers, with possible lightning.
There will also be a west wind gusting up to 20-30 mph, Lipson added, with some of the mentioned showers lingering into the evening hours. Clear conditions are expected tonight.
The National Weather Service in Riverton also shared that snow showers will occur mainly west of the Divide today, but some snow/rain showers could occur east of the Divide.
High temperatures will be in the 40’s and upper 30’s today, with lows tonight in the 20’s.
