Wyoming Community Bank is seeking a Teller/Personal Banker to join their Lander team. The Personal Banker will be responsible for teller duties, opening new accounts for their customers and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide financial advice to individuals and businesses
- Process account changes, account inquiries, and account transfers
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Answer telephone inquiries about account status, product features, or creditworthiness
- Perform account reconciliation and reconcile bank statements
- Process account inquiries, request product information, or make product purchases when necessary
- Provide other administrative support to bank management as needed
- Follow-up on customer accounts and inquiries
- Inform customers of new products or features of product offerings
- Provide quality customer service in a professional manner at all times
- Work cooperatively with other team members as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
