(Cheyenne, WY) – The Wyoming Department of Corrections (WDOC) has released minimal information about the death of 73-year-old Stephen Franklin Green which happened today, February 8th.
Green was hospitalized at Carbon County Hospital in Rawlins, according to the WDOC release. No information on why he was there was shared in today’s release.
Green was convicted of “Attempted First Degree Murder” in Laramie County on December 18th, 1998. He was “sentenced to life by District Court Judge Kalokathis.”
“Per WDOC policy an autopsy will be conducted to determine cause of death,” according to the WDOC release.
