(Fremont County, WY) – A January 7, 2025, change of plea hearing has been set for Fremont County man Conrad Tillman, before the Honorable Judge Judge Kelly H. Rankin in Casper.
Tillman faces charges for first degree murder, discharging and brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, and use of a firearm causing murder, in relation to the April 14 murder that resulted in the death of 36-year-old Utahnna BearComesOut (aka Tillman).
Tillman pled “not guilty” at his June 10 arraignment hearing, and since then his jury trial has moved multiple times.
On December 9, a non-public plea agreement was filed on Tillman’s behalf, at which point the January 7 change of plea hearing was set.
