- Durgin, Charles, 65, Riverton, DWUI, DWUS, Available Narrative: RP advised of “people in a car acting suspicious and mumbling;” “officer located the vehicle and identified the driver as Charles Durgin, 65 yoa from Riverton. Mister Durgin displayed obvious signs of intoxication and was arrested for DWUI and DWUS”
- Ghostbear, Whitney, DWUI, Available Narrative: RP advised of intoxicated subjects; “Whitney Ghostbear was the driver of a vehicle which was stopped after a REDDI report was received on it at which time she showed signs of intoxication. After failing the Field sobriety tests Ms. Ghostbear was arrested for DWUI and a later EC/IR test at the station indicated a BAC of .235. Sterling Spoonhunter, 35 yoa from Riverton, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was also arrested when he was found to have a Riverton Municipal Court warrant for Failure To Pay Fines”
