(Fremont County, WY) – Scanner traffic overheard around 12 PM, April 22, indicates that crews have been paged to the 500 block of 8 Mile Road, near the Jim Moss Arena campground, for reports of a grass fire that is out of control.
Scanner updates around 12:10 PM indicate that the fire originated from remnants of yesterday’s fire in the 8 Mile Road area, and jumped the road due to the high winds.
Use caution in the area and yield to all responders.
