A deployment ceremony for soldiers in A Battery, 2nd Battalion, 300th Field Artillery is planned for Sept. 8. The ceremony is open to the public and will take place at the Clarion Inn at Platte River, 123 West E Street, in Casper starting at 2:00 pm.
Soldiers are from 17 communities across Wyoming including Lander and Riverton in Fremont County and two other states. More details can be found here.
This is the second deployment with Fremont County soldiers in the last two months.
