(Dubois, WY) – Siler Hess of Dubois has officially signed with Chadron State in Nebraska.
Hess, who also recently medalled at the Ron Thon wrestling tournament, signed to play quarterback for the Eagles.
“I am so unbelievably proud of him,” Hess’s mom Tracie shared with County 10.
