It is with great pride and appreciation that we recognize our SageWest Employee of the Month for November, Charles Aragon, patient advocate.
Charles is widely known by his peers for his compassionate care and work ethic. And as many of those who know Charles, these traits reach far beyond the doors of our hospital. Charles is very knowledgeable about resources and partners within the community and he does a great job of educating staff on Native American Culture, tribal health services and various community resources. He takes the time to ensure that patients are educated and understand the options that are available to them.
Charles exhibits the Standards for Healing daily, as he is a Difference Maker who works tirelessly to find housing options, treatment, support groups, preventative programs like diet/exercise classes for diabetics, etc. He is responsible, professional and carries a positive attitude with him throughout each day.
