(Riverton, WY) – The annual September 11 Parade in Riverton continues for 2025, and will take place this Thursday at 8 AM.
The parade will depart from Sutherlands (1960 N Federal Blvd) promptly at 8 AM, then head to Main Street. The route then proceeds to Major Avenue, West Sunset, College View Drive, and back to Main and Federal.
Organizers ask parade participants to meet at Sutherlands at 7:30 AM and decorate their vehicles with “American pride.” They will have extra flags for anyone who needs them.
Participants are asked not to have any political advertising or endorsements of any kind on their vehicles. Organizers also wanted to remind folks that this is not a “slow” parade, and that parade participants will keep a pace just slower than the normal 30 MPH speed limit.
