(Riverton, WY) – Taqueria Los Amigos celebrated the transition from food truck to a dedicated dine-in restaurant location on December 19, complete with a ribbon-cutting ceremony from the Riverton Chamber and Visitors Center.
The new spot is located at 712 E Fremont Ave. The restaurant is open from 9 AM to 8 PM (Monday-Saturday), and can be reached at 307-480-8279.
“We’re happy to move into this building… It’s perfect for us,” Arturo Reyes shared with County 10 at the ceremony. “The truck doesn’t have a lot of space, so it’s nice to have a bigger kitchen to serve our customers.”
Arturo added that they bought all new appliances for the kitchen and opened up the rear dining room, which lends itself well to hosting parties. He also hired two new employees to run the brick-and-mortar location.
“We are thrilled to have another unique restaurant in Riverton and appreciate everything that Pablo Guerrero and his family do,” commented Cindy Olson Roden, Executive Director of the Riverton Chamber and Visitors Center. “They are hard workers, and I hope the community will support their new restaurant.”
