A 30-year-old man who attacked two tourists with bear spray in Yellowstone National Park has been sentenced to 6 and a half years in prison
#8 – 26-year-old Riverton man sentenced for child pornography charges
A 26-year-old Riverton man was sentenced to 60 months in jail for distribution of child pornography.
#7 – 3 dead in car vs. motorcycles crash near Cheyenne
A 2002 Ford Mustang was traveling westbound on WY 210 when the Ford crossed into the eastbound lanes and collided head-on with a 2017 Harley Davidson. After the initial collision, a 2012 Harley Davidson also traveling eastbound collided with the back of the 2017 Harley Davidson.

The Fremont County Coroner, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and Fremont County EMS were paged to a call at 1:47 a.m. Friday, April 26th near Fort Washakie, at the intersection of South Fork Road and Cemetery Lane.

Both the Lander Police Department and Riverton Police Department are warning of a phone scam that many Fremont County residents reported this weekend.
#3 – Reports of a tornado in Marbleton Friday afternoon
According to the Sublette County Sheriff’s Office, a tornado may have touched down in the small community of Marbleton Friday just before 1:00 p.m.

Work continues on both the interior and exterior of the building on 400 N. Federal Boulevard in Riverton.
#1 – 6 arrested for assault and kidnapping in Riverton Saturday
At 11:34 p.m. RPD were dispatched to a residence in the 700 block of Eagle Drive, part of the College Hill Apartments for reports of a kidnapping and assault.
